The bill, was introduced in the House of Representatives on December 1, 2023. Its aim is to reform visa policies related to family and employment immigration, including eliminating per-country numerical limits for employment-based immigrants and raising those limits for family-sponsored immigrants. As of June 20, 2024, the bill remains unapproved and is still in the 'Introduced' stage, currently under review by the House Committee on the Judiciary.
