The Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC), is making available program factsheets displaying key selected statistics about each of our major immigration programs. These factsheets include cumulative information and are updated on a quarterly basis.

The Labor Condition Application (LCA) is a document that U.S. employers must file with the Department of Labor (DOL) before hiring foreign workers under the H-1B, H-1B1 (for nationals of Chile and Singapore), or E-3 (for Australian nationals) visa programs.
