Ready for Government Action
The U.S. Census Bureau and the Economic Classification Policy Committee (ECPC) have received the following three new NAICS code proposals:
- NAICS 561399 – Foreign (Non-Citizen) Labor Placement and Management Services
- NAICS 611319 – International Student Enrollment and Compliance Services
- NAICS 518219 – Workforce Automation and AI Substitution Services
These three detailed Implementation Plans provide complete, step-by-step roadmaps for the U.S. Census Bureau, ECPC, and OMB to review, approve, and fully integrate these codes into the 2027 NAICS revision.
Each plan includes:
- All required inter-agency actions and responsibilities
- Detailed timelines and deliverables
- Production process justifications
- Hybrid Pilot Program specifications
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Technical integration steps into existing systems
Once President Trump issues the Executive Order, these plans outline every step the agencies need to take to achieve full integration.
